Oops...

I missed yesterday. :( I am not making excuses, but it was one of those nonstop days of going, going, going, so last night the first few minutes I was still, I was gone (to sleep).

I will make it up tonight and do double duty...

I promise.

A Radical Experiment

In our church life groups, we have been reading the book "Radical" by David Platt. We have been discussing ways we can live a radical life for God. Not just talking the talk but walking the walk. In the last chapter, Platt gives a challenge, actually a few. One of them is to read through the Bible.

I use a Max Lucado Devotional Bible often which happens to have a "read through the Bible" map...for two years.

I have attempted this task before and always failed. I usually get lost in Numbers.

But I figure with a blog to jot down my thoughts and maybe a reader or two to hold me accountable, maybe I will make it this time.

Note: I am NOT a Biblical scholar by any means...pretty sure no sermons will be written after reading my thoughts and ideas. :)
